| Older Adult Service Teams focus on the understanding of combined psychiatric, medical, life cycle and social issues that confront many older adults, especially those of low income. Older Adult Services staff work as an integrated part of county, contract, and community programs to ensure continuity of care between acute, medical, outpatient, residential care facilities and specialized treatment. Staff also serve as the primary contract for consultation and problem-solving issues related to older adults. |
